Creating Bitcoin 2.0 3.0 etc. duplicating Bitcoin would serve as a price discovery mechanism to bring about price equilibrium, lower prices and establish it as a bona fide currency

25 Bitcoins are produced every 10 minutes which translates in to a built in inflation rate of 16% per annum until the day one reaches 21 million which is accepted by users as being deflationary and because of this cap is justified by Bitcoin investors to legitimize it's current 4 digit price valuation. Without prejudice to the other altcoins/cryptocurrencies being created what if one created a Bitcoin 2.0 3.0 4.0 etc. that duplicated exactly Bitcoin's characteristics and would be interchangeable/substitutable with Bitcoin thereby introducing a new price discovery mechanism to bring about price equilibrium, lower prices and establish it as a bona fide currency. This parabolic phase we are in is due to the belief that the digital currency that could be and can be artificially duplicated by creating a Bitcoin 2.0 3.0 4.0 etc. is scarce when there's nothing scarce about ones and zeros if new clones of the original Bitcoin are created. If multiple clones/duplications of the identical Bitcoin were created as needed by users around the world to satisfy its ever-increasing transactional acceptance as a unit of currency worldwide one will achieve price equilibrium. The only caveat to this solution is that Bitcoin would then loose its scarcity appeal and become nothing more than another fiat currency albeit with the great advantage of transactional freedom and decentralization.
