Rules of Wealth: The Right Tools
Part 7.
You can cut down a tree with an axe or you could use a chainsaw. Either way the job would be done. The only difference between these is the time and effort that it would be put into either process.
While you would be sour from chopping wood with an axe, getting a chainsaw is easier, produces a cleaner cut and near perfect job. You can even go further to chop the wood into smaller and finer pieces without any extra effort. This story illustrates the power of getting the right tools your work requires.
After you have defined, who you are and the field you want to make your millions, it's time to get your tools.
Tools, like in the context of a mechanic are set of simple machines that help with your task. A photographer's tool is a camera, an artist tools include a paint brush and canvass while the microphone is a singer's tool.
Tools don't have to be expensive. You don't need a Macbook if you want to be a writer. Functionality and efficiency are key factors. Getting the right tools gives you an edge, comfort and reduces the cost of your work.
So what tools do you need to get?
