The majority assumes cftc was positive about crypto's but what they actually said was that every crypto, whether it be btc, Eos, eth, Cardano or litecoin is going to be seen as a security, not a utility. And existing regulation will apply. Under the Trump administration they want lose regulatory but they will most probably force remittance on many altcoins.. beware and invest in projects which have a working case/promissing Outlook/good team.
