You could be right, I'm just in total disbelief that this would happen. I'm in a panic right now... Did your friend ever get it back? Did they close his account after they wiped it??
Try contacting your phone carrier company and obviously coinbase/exchanges you use. He hasn't just yet because it happened pretty recently. Nope, his account is still up which boggles my mind why yours is wiped. They might've wiped yours so it would be harder to trace back or something?
I'll try updating you if he ever receives it back or what they say though.
That might be the case because since the account is wiped I won't beable to see the wallets all my coins where sent to. It's horrifically brilliant
