Swiss crypto financial company Bitcoin Suisse to sponsor to danish national league sports team!
Bitcoin Suisse has just become the main sponsor for Rungsted Seier Capital Hockey. It's the first time in history that a crypto-financial company sponsors a major league team. Rungsted Seier Capital Hockey recently became one of the strongest teams in the dannish national league.
The sponsorship is contracted for three years and involves changing the name of Rungsted Arena to Bitcoin Arena. It's propably first time that object of this size will have "bitcoin" in it's name!
Moreover, Nikolaj Rosenthal - one of the top players - will be the first player who switch from traditional salary to salary only in bitcoin!
Niklas Nikolajsen, chief executive of Bitcoin Suisse said:
On the opening match on the 27th of December, the audience will have the opportunity to participate in 5 seperate competitions and each will be rewarded with 0.1 Bitcoin (DKK 10'000).
Arena's bar will also accept Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash and Ethereum.
