Yes it is very much possible. Crypto currencies in general are subject to hacking attempts alot and it can happen in a variety of different ways.
Bitcoin blockchain can get hacked as a result of some code vulnerability. i know alot of people will oppose this but even its a very small chance, it still is a chance.
The exchange you have your coins on can be hacked.
Your computer can be hacked.
You can lose access to your wallet / account
Your hardware wallet can cause issues.
there are many other ways also, these are a few i could think of on the top of my head.

Yes obviously, with wrong way of Trading, like I had.
yes trading can also result in big losses specially if you are doing margin trading you can lose all.

If u are long term trader you never be loss in bitcoin. But you have to secure your account properly
