Bitcoin loan

I was curious and wanted to know if there are any lending platforms that offer bitcoin loans for trading and other bitcoin investments. I live in NYS so the only exchange I can use is bittrex and I am unable to margin trade on there. Any info would be greatly apprieciated thanks ahead of time
