Nicehash is a broker where you're paid in BTC for your mining effort agnostic to what its mining. Essentially they are a middleman exchanging hashpower for BTC for buyers that want to point your rig to a particular pool and mine a particular coin.
The Multi-Miner is a .bat file that allows you to mine the coins directly against a pool and you earn the cryptocurrency you are choosing vs BTC.
