Is DogeCoin a joke coin ?

I was reading this below , which said Dogecoin was a a “joke currency.”

I thought to myself “ OMG, I own 4400 doge coins !!!!”
Is it a trap for newbie crypto currency investors ? Will I ever see a return on my money ?
Doge coin , Number 24 in coinmarketcap.com with $290M market cap. Surely , people who value a coin worth $290M don’t think it as a joke ? This coin has been in existence since 2013. A lot of alt coins have not been in existence that long

Maybe, if Bitcoin is gold , Litecoin is silver, Ether is steel of the crypto currencies , Doge coin would bronze. Bronze coins are what we buy candy with, or what we give to charity or for tipping (I know we really should give more) . Maybe there will always be a space for a small value coin
With Russia accepting BITCOIN, maybe they’ll accept Dogecoin also. I might get some value with my Doge coin

Doge coin is actually a joke coin, but the developers won't let this joke coins die anytime soon ;)
Was made based on Shiba Inu meme and just for fun which ended up surviving till today thanks to the active community and the developers.
Long live Dogecoin!
By the way, did you know that they are literally going to send dogecoin to the moon?
A crowdfund has been made to send a physical dogecoin to the moon by 2019! :) That's how fun the community is.

Solid blog. Good to see I'm not the only one that is thinking about this. No matter how populair a coin is. People should always do a proper background check.
