Bitcoin Hits $1000 on January 1st 2017! How high will it go this year?
Today, on the first day of 2017 Bitcoin hit $1000 USD. What price will it reach this year - $2000... $3000. Neither would surprise me. It will also be interesting to see what the altcoins do. My eye will be on Ethereum, Monero, Dash, Zcash, Maidsafe, Factom, and Steem.

A New Year
In 2016 we had some surprising developments. Brexit and Trump were both surprises that most did not expect. They were also developments that the establishment didn't seem to want.
Hopefully these trends will continue and the military industrial complex will finally begin to crumble. It won't happen by itself though. Bitcoin has given us the opportunity to finally create a huge economy that the banksters can't control. Let's do this!

i don't know about bitcoin, but Brexit and Trump seem to me to be inbuilt steam valves, to allow the population to think they have some control, while we are all still being herded toward the end goal that has never changed. i was optimistic about bitcoin until i realized it accomplishes large parts of the globalist's plan. it is a cashless currency, that has inbuilt memory of transaction history. do you know if it is truly anonymous, absolutely untraceable? i don't, but with the full scale metadata and other data collection does it matter? i don't know. i would like to see a future that is more free, but the road ahead still looks the same as it did before.
Great points! Bitcoin is definitely not truly anonymous and untraceable. Thats exactly why I am watching Monero, Dash, and Zcash. I think anonymous and untraceable is the goal of cryptocurrency and where the real value is.
