Jaxx Stole My Bitcoin

I am new to digital currencies, but BTC and Jaxx have started to piss me the hell off. 

I have some ETH in my Jaxx wallet, I decided to exchange some for Bitcoin. I exchanged 0.025 ETH and it said I was going to get 0.00245 BTC, however, I only got 0.0013 BTC.

Like what the hell is going on? Where is the rest of my damn BTC? 

Can anyone help me?
