In this site a person directly transfer bitcoins to the wallet address of the person who invited them. There's no role of site into this. Bitcoins are not stored on this website(so, no withdrawal issues) . They are safe into our bitcoin wallet.
So why do you even need the site then?
Just tell the people this:
"Give me money and then ask someone else to give money to you.
I know it looks like you are loosing money, but when someone else gives to you, you will get more."
From what I understand it seems that the only actual service this site provides is to keep track of the names of people who donated.
By sending you money, I get registered in that list.
And that's it.
One can beg for small transactions even without such a site.
The only difference is that you are trying to convince people that they will earn by giving to you.
