I must say this post is most educational, though it forced me to look up some of the terms you used to see what the heck they mean :)
If I might offer a polite suggestion, it would perhaps be good to explain acronyms such as SaaS when you first use them. Not everyone is knowledgeable about these things. A bit of searching led me to this page -
