Someone built a cryptocurrency miner in the trunk of Tesla. According to Vice, 16 graphic cards were mounted on four motherboards. Major cost in mining is the electricity and Tesla offers free electricity to anyone who bought the car before Jan 2016. Sweet deal, isn't it? But it does make the car uncomfortably hot.
Blockchain is not limited to virtual world. Sirin Labs announced their phone earlier this year which is completely secure. They claim that this is only phone which is secure in the whole world. And it comes preloaded with Ethereum Client Status. It is expected to be available next year.
Nasdaq which is following the footsteps of CME annouced that they are going to offer bitcoin futures as early as June 2018. But the regulatory approval is still pending though. Eventhough CME is one of the largest exchange and much bigger than Nasdaq, latter has good recognition among the investors.
After all the criticism from JPMorgan's CEO, a strategist in the same bank said that Bitcoin futures can add legitimacy to potentially emerging asset class. And he added that Bitcoin futures could elevate the cryptocurrency to a new level. But don't forget that that CEO said that Bitcoin is a fraud and only stupid people buy them.
