i dont think that the bank can take over bitcoin if they do take over bitcoin they would have to take over the main part of bitcoin which is it's market and miners they would have to take over all the bitcoin miners in the world which is not possible and the bitcoin code can change at any time so if problems show up later on they can change the code to fix it and keep bitcoin what is should be
