That's a big fault of the parents. Kids wouldnt want smart devices if their parents weren't using them to placate them when out shopping or in the car. The brain damage from these things coupled with the masks kids were forced to wear during peak developmental stages of their early years has permanently ruined a whole generation. Video games and TV in moderation. Don't let them on the internet until later and for fuck's sake do it on a home PC and not a smart device and monitor what they visit.
