Bitcoin's large gains today had me thinking... what if people completely abandoned fiat currency in the future.

So as a hypothetical lets say Bitcoin DOES completly replace Fiat one ( But who knows it might IOTA or some other digital currency that dominates)

There will only be about 21,000,000 Bitcoins mined.

The estimated money supply is 36 Trillion.

...that means that 1 BTC would be equal to about 1 billion

To go further on what that might look like,

The world currently hosts about 7.6 billion people

If Btc was broken up and given to each person they would receive 0.000028218 Satoshi

If BTC replaced current money in value this Satoshi would be about 5000 USD,

Ofcourse this this is based on estimates that currently there is about 36 Trillion USD of accessible money in the global money supply and that the total value would some how translate equally when the world goes crypto...

However, in debt and derivatives money on record could be as much as Quadrillions no one really knows.

At least I can dream about the future where this is true.

Im not advocating for equal distribution of wealth but Its crazy to think that if the 36 trillion supply was distributed equally it would roughly be about about 5000 USD person.
If every thing was deflated in value it might be like having that cash back in 1850 when we were on the gold standard. Hell, 0.000028218 Satoshi might be a comparable years wage...

When I look at this graph by Visual Capitalists it blows my mind how much of a burden the world is to debt is to us all. It out numbers the money by thousands of trillions. Had the world based money on a deflationary system we would be dealing interpersonally with decimals on a day to day basis.
