[TUTORIAL] StorjShare = Earn money on free disk space
Hello, many of you have no money, or knowledge to start mining. But would like to try.
I present you Storj! Decentralized cloud storage.
But we are interested in some other part of this platform.
We are interested in renting free disk space for Storj.
My 1TB earned about $ 20 a month - and for me it was a good result.
So to the point!
Go to:
STORJ.io
Click on RENT YOUR DRIVE Then we get a window:
And we download StorjShare so that we can share our space for other users.
(As you can see in my default is a version for Windows, but on Linux also can launch Storj - tested on Ubuntu)
We run the installation file:
And follow the installation process and click Install:
After a few minutes the installation is finished so we press Close:
We start Stroj with Menu and the window pops up:
We enter here the address of the ETH wallet to which the withdrawals are to be sent.
After entering the address and going on, we have step 2 where we choose the location where the directory responsible for data will be:
Now a very important thing - DO NOT choose as direct directory system partition. Because Storj will start to make mistakes. Take, for example, Documents or Downloads and create a folder for Storj.
After choosing a location, we go on and we are asked how much space on our disk we want to share:
As you can see, I've shared 500 GB. We go further where we pass ports:
After entering the ports. Click next:
And click FINISH, then our Storj starts working.
You can add another disk and watch what happens to your "account"
Unfortunately, payments are made once a month. It should be emphasized that in order to gather more data, the computer must be connected to the network practically 24h.
Storj sounds good but storage space is expensive to buy and I want a coin that does not require me to invest so much from the start. I'll keep it in mind though. I really do like the idea.

Lets say i will invest 5000 usd in the storage. How much I can earn ?
It depends on how many customers will buy space and will use Storj.
how many do you need to make great income? like 1K?
1k TB? Thats work not like it. People buy space ant then you have $$$ :)
