Note: In each CoinReview I do, I'll be tracking performance of coins I've covered in the past - both good and bad performance, like so:
#01: $ABC up 53% in 12 days since post
#02: $MNO down 22% in 12 days since post
#02: $XYZ up 8% in 12 days since post
TO DATE: If you'd invested $100 in each at time of posting, you'd have turned $300 into $383.

What is Change ($CAG)?

Change aims to be an all-in-one financial hub with a wallet and a marketplace to manage traditional investments, loans, insurance and more.

It is currently valued at a cap of $63 million, with a coin price of $1.70. This is up 200% for the week.

Green Flags:

  1. Collaboration potential. Some have speculated that Change will partner with OmiseGo, a huge player in this space in SE Asia. Whether true or not, one can certainly see the potential for a settlement network or cross-border payments platform to partner with Change, especially while it maintains a relatively low cap.
  2. Successful founders leaving promising career avenues to get on board. In my experience, seeing early team members who quit their past jobs in fintech and VC and actively post on Slack etc. has been a great sign; it shows commitment.
  3. Real, necessary and inevitable blockchain use case (and token utility). Distributed banking is coming, guaranteed - tokenized revenue distribution will take over the world.

Red Flags:

  1. Unclear if mobile wallet is complete. iOS projects from ICO-started companies often stall and may never see the light of day. The team here initially announced availability in Q4 2017, but their site shows a waiting list.
  2. Change is operating in a red-hot area of blockchain (albeit arguably unsaturated) right now. If they can manage partnerships well, as someone from VC should be able to do, they can grow. If not, they might die.

Where can I trade it?

$CAG trades on EtherDelta and KUCoin.
