When I read about such initiatives in Russia I want to ask immediately, who stands behind, who pulls the strings. A few days ago I was thinking about a scenario of creating a state-dependent cryptocurrency. Sounds like a fairytale? Yes, but I can bet that there are politicians in some countries, like Russia, dreaming such a dream almost every day.
