That was interesting having lived in the UK for quite a few of my earlier years, while I have an inherent distrust of politicians governments and authority figures in general, I see many of the forces of greed and avarice working in favor of Distributing the distributed Networks in general and I hope that this is a use case in particular, so there's my two cents smiles ☺️
