Trezor has put their "coin splitting" tool on hold while they fix an issue, FYI.

BCH wallet has been taken down from TREZOR Wallet, until further notice.
There is an issue which affects our Bcash backend server. We are doing our best to fix this as soon as possible.
I'll be waiting until the weekend to move my coins. Hopefully the issue is gone by then
