The Fundamentals: More Bitcoin acceptance in India, Japan - 150 Bitcoin ATMs Coming to Ukraine

While the technicals are often spoken of, it is always good to take a look at the fundamental side of things and see where things are playing out in the real world.

Coinciding with Bitcoins all-time high price is an expansion of its world wide acceptance.

Major Japanese retail store chain Marui has recently signed a partnership agreement with Bitcoin exchange Bitflyer that will enable it to accept Bitcoin payments in stores starting August 7.

This move marks the first large department store chain in Japan to accept the digital currency for payment.

The Marui Group owns a total of 31 stores and plans to accept the coin at all 31 of them.

Southern Indian city Bangalore, officially known as Bengaluru, is India’s third most populous city, with about 8.42 million people.
Many merchants in the area accept bitcoin through the Bangalore-based Unocoin, one of the largest bitcoin exchanges in the country, which also provides merchant services. Early this month, the company reported that it had surpassed 300,000 registered users. The platform also processes more than 200 million INR every month, according to CEO and co-founder Sathvik Vishwanath.
He told Bitcoin.com that the total number of merchants accepting bitcoin in his city is “about 400 now,” adding that:
"We have got more than 50 outlets to accepting bitcoin in this month alone."

150 Bitcoin ATM's to hit the streets of Ukraine
