Every one of the miners who feverishly opposed Segwit for years are now 'signaling' that they support it. Actually running the code on their mining nodes is a different matter. It could be the biggest headfake of all time if they come this far and leave the Segwit team hanging in the wind.
Yep, although that doesn't look likely to me at this point. Although impossible to know for sure until we get passed the activation date. :)
