I dont think so, the market of Bitcoin is programmed to follow its chart. Nobody could stop it even Bill Gates or Trump lols. The best thing to do is to sell all your Bitcoins, wait for Bitcoin to reach the dip (maybe after 1 1/2yrs or 2yrs?) and rebuy it all.
