Is there a chance of an early bitcoin hard-fork or SegWit implementation?
I've been hearing some fuzz that some investors are afraid that a bitcoin hard fork or SegWit implementation can come before the proposed dates. I don't understand how that's possible. Is it ? are there any real chances ?
