i still get a blank look from my wife when i try to explain this to her. i finally just told her which deposit box to go to. i will keep trying an so should you. i am thinking of some type of picture/diagram chart next. that might work. good luck!
Good idea, I will keep trying. I am honestly thinking about trying to setup a dummies guide for this exact reason, someone passing away or not being to do it themselves, needs to be traded out.
