Steem has an internal marketplace, but I've never used it. Keep a nice, long passphrase/password, and keep that written down on paper, and lock that paper up somewhere very safe. That's my best advice. I was just watching a video by a "Steemian" @georgedonnelly that is very long and extremely useful.
