The billionaire CEO of Berkshire Hathaway, Warren Buffett again attacks the world of cryptocurrencies, referring to Bitcoin as a "Probably rat poison"

Buffett also known as the "Obama Oracle" mentioned last week that Bitcoin was more of a bet than investment and even earlier this year Buffett warned investors about cryptocurrencies saying "They would not have a good ending" in an interview with CNBC .

On the other hand Charlie Munger, vice-president of Berkshire and an associate close to Buffett's businesses said that the cryptocurrency trade is "just a dementia"

What Warren Buffett and Charlie Munger allege is that, Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies are a real investment, there is no support behind these assets and therefore they are more a bet than an investment.

This is not the first or the second time that Warren Buffett addresses cryptocurrencies in a pessimistic way, since 2017 the 87 year old Billionaire from Nebraska has stood firm with the thought that Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies are just a "fashion" a bubble that will explore soon.

The price of Bitcoin reports a decline of 2.50% at the time of writing this news, dragging the price below $ 9,320 after reaching $ 9,800 the price failed to break above $ 10,000.
