I think they are trying to buy the Bottom of the long terme compression. Maybe they will be right this time. I Don't want to buy bitcoin now because next Week SEC will take a decision about Tracker and ETF on Bitcoin and if it's a NO again Bitcoin will probably crash again as last july.

You are probably right. I think they kick the can one more time personally. Then in March of 2019 they make a final ruling.
