What would ever cause a crash in Bitcoin?

China has banned cryptocurrencies. And this did cause a temporary setback in the price of Bitcoin. But now the prices are surging again. So, what could possibly stop Bitcoin?

Bitcoin thefts? It is possible to keep the Bitcoin in paper wallets. Loss of demand? There will always be people who want Bitcoin for particular transactions. Loss of miners? Still seems really high.

I can’t imagine anything taking this down, short of humanity disappearing from the face of the Earth.
