Hey man great video! Have you ever studied DPOS (Delegated Proof of Stake) which is used for Graphene blockchains such as Steem, Bitshares, Peerplay, Golos, Ark...amoung others?

    I have! They're super fast at the cost of some decentralization... I think are pretty neat however.
