Monaco Government Responds to BlockChain | 모나코 정부, 블록체인에 화답하다
On December 21st, the Monaco government adopted a law proposal designed to encourage the local blockchain business.
According to the proposal, the Monaco government establishes the Monaco Blockchains Authority. The organization has a support obligation to encourage the blockchain business in Monaco. And currently monoeci (XMCC) is the only blockchain business in Monaco.
In this regard, the monoeci team commented: "That's just the beginning."
Since the heads of the EU, France and Germany, recently expressed negative views on cryptocurrency, I was worried that this would develop into international regulations. But the proactive attitude of the Monaco government is likely to be of great help.
지난 12월 21일, 모나코 정부에서 지역 블록체인 사업을 활성화하기 위한 법안을 채택했습니다.
해당 법안의 제안서에 따르면 모나코 정부는 모나코 블록체인 기구(the Monaco Blockchains Authority)를 설립합니다. 해당 기구는 모나코에서의 블록체인 사업 활성화를 위한 지원 의무를 갖습니다. 그리고 현재 모나코에서 유일한 블록체인 사업은 monoeci(XMCC) 뿐이죠.

It may seem like a good thing to see governments embracing blockchain but it scares me that we will go full circle with yet crypto becoming just as regulated as normal currency.
I sympathize with what you care about. However, I think that cryptocurrency can not be the same as normal currency unless the government can control issuance.
