I just skimmed through this post. Might return later and read it carefully. However, I really don't think 1 bitcoin will be worth $1 million by 2020. I've learned that only 1,000 people own 40% of bitcoins. That's already a sign of "wealth" inequality. If this does happen, then wouldn't it lead to more inequality?
