I think this list also includes some exchanges like GDAX/Coinbase which hold BTC and sell it to public, so that way it will appear like same addresses are owing a lot of coin. But I agree in general that some early adopters who were smart enough to understand this is something huge and revolutionary do hold really big bags

I think this will even out more in time. It is a little scary though.
