      one view in a dead cat bounce to $1,000 then up to $28,000 by end of 2018

      another view too many thing happening daily to prevent dead cat bounce ( summit say no ban crypto, usa congress say crypto great, mt gox sell off of bitcoin halted etc )

      bitcoin segwit, lightning, so now costs .06c to send bitcoin ...

      bitcoin to $100,000 by end 2020
