Bitcoin Bubble - Understanding Why Bitcoin Rise and Fall and will Rise Again and Again

Bitcoin the digital currency that was created by an anonymous person in the name of Satoshi Nakamoto. No one ever knew who this creator is. As the world evolves, so does money or currencies that we use every day born.

Why does Bitcoin Rise?
Since 2008, when bitcoin was created, its value is nothing. Its first transaction is the trading of 2 pizza in exchange for 10,000 bitcoins. Similar to internet a peer to peer transaction started. Then computer geeks, with their mind so open to new ideas, they are the one who got interested in mining bitcoin. As they mine, exchanges on the internet quickly appeared. As more people got interested, bitcoin price rise.
It never stops on the exchange. Different industries came interested on using bitcoin to pay deals and transactions all over the world.
Another reason is the growing number of alt-coins that is also being traded on the exchanges for bitcoin or other fiat money.
Countries also ride on the van wagon of bitcoin. Different nation accepted the bitcoin as a legal tender that has value and can be converted to local currencies.

Why Bitcoin Fall
Of course, like in stock market, there is always a bull run of any stocks where prices rise. And there is also the season of Bear Months, where the price go down.
Bitcoin demands differ on different season, year or months. Just like, I believe it was 2013 when the price was already $1,000 dollars and fell to $300 dollars. Everybody thought that that’s the end of bitcoin. But no, it just layed out its foundation and infrastructure. Onced layed out, at 2017, price soared to unprecedented $7,800. But because it is because of just speculation and trading of traders, it will still correct itself value.
When will it rise again?
Here is where I can predict, bitcoin is just laying its foundation again for greater heights. As more industries, people, new coins and new technology evolves on bitcoin and other currencies. You’ll see that bitcoin will never stop to rise and rise again.
