According to this post segwit effectively breaks Bitcoin and balances can be cleaned out without private keys. If this is true Bitcoin (BTC) is finished and we should be hearing more about this? I'd love to see a knowledgeable refute of this post or I guess I'm transferring all my BTC to BCC as soon as I can. If I understand my non-segwit balance is safe from this hack, right?
