there are many out there, it really depends on where you're located and where you prefer. i personally like binance for neo as i get GAS for it

why NEO?...I heard a lot about it, but mostly people are saying that it is just Chinese Ethereum
It's not just Chinese ETH. NEO supports multiple programming languages. NEO generates GAS just for holding NEO. That's like getting dividends. NEO is also built from ground up to work with Chinese regulations and the Chinese prefer homegrown products. Above all NEO has a tiny marketcap. Therefor it can grow 10 times and only be little over half the size of ETH.
