Definitely a relevant take on exchanges as the centralization poses a risk to the advancement of adoption of the assets in the space. However, decentralized exchanges are still not user friendly to get the adoption needed to replace the current options today. Development of these must continue despite the bear market!
When has development ever stopped because of price action?
Not on the DEX space but there are now hundreds of protocols and tokens that are dead. Although not all necessarily directly related to prices, one can assume that incentive to develop falls if the value of the reward are not cost/beneficial for the developers.
