The hard part is to manage our emotions in an efficient way: selling when the price is going up exponentially isn't always easy

Defiantly, although I can't say that holding and then watching the price go back down is really any better...

My fix is usually to sell a most (probably 4/5) once I think it's the best time to sell and then hold on to the last bit indefinitly.
