WHAT IS BITCOIN CASH AND WILL FIND A BITKOIN IN A FINAL ACCOUNT?

in #bitcoin7 years ago

Finally, it seemed that the debate on the capacity of the BattleKnight block was resolved, but some people did not seem satisfied with the outcome.

Bitkine diggers wanted to introduce the SegWit2x solution that uses SegWit technology and increases the BattleKnight block from 1 to 2MB. But much of them agreed to accept BIP91, which included only SegWit, and so the danger of splitting the Battle was canceled (at least until they decide to implement the block increase). Activation of SegWit is close, suggesting that this will happen around August 24-25.

Certainly some were dissatisfied that it was still uncertain whether the second part of the SegWit2x plan would be activated. That's why they took the quick decision to create the separate Bitcoin Cash, which will be released on August 1. Kalin Kaliuanu is one of the developers behind Bitcoin Cash and believes there are others who support his opinion:
"If SegWit2x is not implemented, which is not impossible, and ultimately ended only as SegWit without 2x, many diggers will turn to Bitcoin Cash."
So what is Bitcoin Cash?
Bitcoin Cash differs from Bitkine for two main reasons:
Increases block size to 8mb.
He does not use SegWit, which will be activated by the end of August on the original Bitcoin Core.
Bitcoin Cash is actually a separate cryptotool with a separate network and its own market. Strangely enough, Bitcoin Cash can now be traded on the ViaBTC exchange, although it has not yet been created. This is possible through so-called futures contracts (contracts to be executed in the future). Both sides of the contract understand at what price and when they will exchange the asset (in this case Bitcoin Cash). At the moment, the price of the bird has collapsed by more than 20% over the last 24 hours and traded below $ 350, while the Battle of Bottowne rises to $ 2750 over the same period.

It is important to note that regardless of what happens if you hold your BattleKnight in a portfolio rather than on an exchange, once Bitcoin Cash is launched, you will be the owner of BitKein on both networks - Bitcoin's original and Bitcoin Cash.

Who is behind Bitcoin Cash?
At this point, most BitCenter boots, diggers, users and developers do not pay much attention to Bitcoin Cash, but there are still some who support it.
ViaBTC, both Bitton's Peking Basin Pool and owner of the CryptoLooks Exchange, are all behind the new BattleKnight. As mentioned, they are one of the few exchanges that supported Bitcoin Cash trading. Also, some users who are upgrading to the block and developers who previously supported Bitcoin Unlimited and Bitcoin Classic are to implement it.

It is also interesting who does not support the idea.
Bitcoin.com and Bitmain digging basins, which were supporters before, are no longer so convinced, and at this point SegWit2x seems to be their solution. Interestingly, the idea of Bitcoin Cash is actually launched by Bitmain. The condition that may make them turn to Bitcoin Cash is if the second part of SegWit2x is not activated after 3 months as planned.

What is the reason digipers and users want to increase the block and divide BitKey on two networks?
They believe that Battlefield's future depends on the size of the block;
They do not like SegWit technology, which will soon be activated;
There is a chance that SegWit2x will fail.
Ultimately, the problem comes from the difference in the ideological and technological perspectives of different countries. To the question, what is the purpose behind Bitcoin Cash, Kalin Kalianu replied:
"Let's save Battle. We want to increase Battlehead's capacity so he does not die. He's already sick and dying. "
The difference between before and now
In the past, there have been many threats to divide Bitkine, but they have never happened. In this case, however, the people behind Bitcoin Cash set a deadline and seem to be doing it.

What next?
If Bitcoin Cash is really created, then for the first time we will see the cryptofile other than the original Bitkine that will carry the information on all the transactions made on the second network. At this point, due to the lack of broad support, the negative effect is unlikely to be great. However, it is important to keep track of the development with SegWit2x, because if the second part is not activated by the end of this year, Bitcoin Cash can take on a much more important role.
