BTC Miners reach consensus on BIP 91 -- No Hard Fork August 1.

An apparent consensus in the Segwit2x debate has been reached as a majority of miners have pledged to implement BIP 91 and new blocks are consistently highly saturated with B91 declarations.

As a result, we will almost certainly not be seeing a hard fork come August 1.

    Hopefully we will start to see a recovery in the markets. Since bitcoin is so integral to all cryptocurrency.
