Cetak, isi dan cantumkan semua informasi yang ditanyakan dalam huruf kapital.

Bubuhkan tanda tangan di atas materai.
Foto atau scan dokumen tersebut. Pastikan tulisan dapat dibaca dengan jelas, tidak di-crop maupun disensor, dan tidak terdapat rekayasa digital (photoshop).

Kirimkan hasil scan formulir via e-mail ke [email protected] dengan subjek “Permohonan Kenaikan Limit Penarikan”.
Tim audit kami akan segera membantu Anda dan memproses perubahan batas penarikan Bitcoin/Rupiah di akun Anda sesuai permintaan dan sejarah transaksi Anda.
