By convention, the first transaction in a block is a special transaction that starts a new coin owned
by the creator of the block.
전통에 따라, 한 블럭에서 첫 거래는 그 블럭의 생성자에 의해 소유되어지는 새로운 코인이 시작되는 특별한 거래이다.
This adds an incentive for nodes to support the network, and provides
a way to initially distribute coins into circulation, since there is no central authority to issue them.
이것은 그 네트웍을 유지하는 노드들을 위해 보상이 더해진다. 그리고 초기에 코인을 순환분산시키는 방법을 제공한다. 왜냐하면 그것을 발행하는 중앙권한이 없기 때문이다.
