💥As more individuals join the $CATLY community, network congestion during the daily staking reward settlement period has increased. This, coupled with the highest buyback frequency during this time, has affected both website accessibility and the success rate of buybacks.

👍To ensure a better experience for everyone, we will be implementing the following adjustments:

🕒From 4:00 PM UTC to 4:30 PM UTC: This period is designated as the system settlement time, during which token buybacks cannot be initiated.

🕒From 4:31 PM UTC to 6:00 PM UTC: The minimum buyback amount will be set at 3000 $CATLY, ensuring priority buyback rights for members who have purchased $CATLY.

🕒 After 6:00 PM UTC: The minimum buyback amount will revert to 60 $CATLY and will continue throughout the entire day.
