All 200 million Pre-mine coins are being locked with locked_transfer and SuperiorCoin will be posting the public Keys, so you may check for yourself if they are locked or not. The Other 100 million are funded in wallets for the people that purchased in ICO, and there is an allotment of that 100 million for those that test mined.
