We all want crypto to be the new form of payment, however, sending crytpo overseas to a company whose country is restricting the use of cryptocurrency investments is cause for concern. Faulty products - Many people accuse Bitmain that the Antminers they have purchased are faulty. Bitmain says it has a "No refunds" policy so the clients have no chance to get working mining hardware. Many clients scammed by Bitmain reported that the broken miners they received were actually used by Bitmain to mine Bitcoin for Bitmain's profits before shipping that same miner to scammed clients.

Warranty - Many people accuse Bitmain that the Antminers they have purchased are faulty. Bitmain says it has a "No refunds" policy so the clients have no chance to get working mining hardware. Some sent the faulty products back for Bitmain to repair it but never got a working miner back. Clients also need to invest a lot of money because the mining hardware is very expensive and also the maintenance cost is too high. So definitely, there is a very high risk to lose your money.

Customs - I’m sure getting this unit through US customs is not a problem for some poeple but the potential for it being rejected and sent back is concerning. If you will want to contact Bitmain about these matters or problems they will reply you with the same message again and again. They really have extremely poor support.
