Bitcoin Crashed Again. Reaches $2150
The price of Bitcoin is currently undergoing accentuated volatility, after crashing to the $2200/2300 marks and recovering, Bitcoin has crashed once more yesterday, this time going as low as $2150. Most cryptocurrencies followed suit, reducing the global cryptocurrency market cap to below the $100 billion mark. Since then, Bitcoin has recovered to $2,480. It is unclear what is causing this accentuated volatility, other than the rapid growth of cryptocurrencies which may have become unsustainable. Volume is high with over $541M exchanged in the BTC/USD market in the last 24h.
Ethereum also accompanied Bitcoin in its decline, mantaining the same BTC valuation of 0.14 BTC, Ethereum is currently sitting at $343 with $494.36 M exchanged in the ETH/USD market in the last 24h.
what do you mean its unclear? you clearly have not done any real research. Bitmain has said that they will cause a hardfork if segwit goes ahead.
