Someone could take it upon himself to meet up with legislators and discuss crypto with them, educate them and generally provide the other side of the discussion, since I expect most legislators only ever hear from anti-crypto lobbyists. Basically, to lobby for crypto. Then they could post on Steem about the ideas discussed, the questions brought up, etc. and be rewarded for their work.
